Flexible return policy

We not only deliver to the customer, but we also collect goods to return them to the sender. We carefully label the products in our hubs, sort them, and send them back efficiently to the correct destination.

For the delivery and installation of large appliances, we also take back the old products according to Recupel agreements. We also pick up specific products based on appointments.
