Satisfaction surveys, to improve our services even further!
We recently conducted our customer satisfaction surveys. We would like to thank our customers for dedicating their time to share their valuable feedback with us.
A look at the results
3/4 of surveyed customers think that VPD is a stable and strategic partner for the future.
There seemed to be a lack of clarity regarding who is responsible for what within VPD, and who the client should contact depending on their needs. This is a project on which we are currently working, in order to bring more clarity on this matter, and to include it in our onboarding program.
Over 65% of customers surveyed agree that we help them identify better ways of working.
84% of surveyed customers agree: at VPD, we are always looking for a “win-win” solution. An excellent result, of which we are very proud!
We keep working on it
Our philosophy: quality in everything we do. Of course, this applies during delivery, but also during the handling of goods in our hubs, in the way we answer a customer's email or on the phone. And we will continue to improve. From now on, this satisfaction survey will be sent on a regular basis. Because as a logistics partner in an ever-changing market, we have to remain sharp and on top of things. Therefore, we will continue to work actively for an optimal customer experience.
Our employees, our assets
We also carried out an internal survey among our employees in addition to the satisfaction survey carried out with our customers. As an employer, our wish is to focus on teamwork, respect and safety, in order to create an enjoyable and stimulating work environment. More information on this very soon.
